The conference area is located in and around the Zoo Palast. Here, all lectures will be held in different cinema halls. You can see which lecture will take place where in our programme.

You can register at any time via the registration form as long as it is available online.

The ticket purchase only includes a two-day ticket for the entire event. One-way tickets for individual days are not available.

Regardless of how you have registered, your registration is always binding. You will receive a confirmation and invoice upon receipt of your registration. If you have paid by credit card/PayPal, you will receive a confirmation with a pro forma invoice.

Please note: You are only entitled to participate once payment has been received.

If you cancel your registration up to and including 28 days (4 weeks) before the event, we will charge a processing fee of 10 percent of the participation fee per registered participant.

If you cancel up to 14 days before the start of the event, 50 percent of the participation fee will be charged. In the event of later cancellation or non-attendance, the full participation fee will be charged. Substitute participants will be accepted if they fulfill the admission requirements.

Cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail is sufficient).

For private participants, the right of withdrawal according to § 312d in conjunction with § 355 BGB applies.

Our service: We will accept a substitute participant at any time at no additional cost.

You will receive your ticket by e-mail to your personal e-mail address approximately one week before the start of the event. We ask you to check the ticket and send any corrections directly to us by e-mail to grvyanuzr@ehrpxrepbafhyg.qr. The ticket is also your name badge.

The main registration desk is located at the Zoo Palast. The exact opening hours will be published in good time before the event.

Before the INVESTMENTexpo, you will receive your personalised ticket by email. You can use various ticket formats to gain entry:

1. Print@Home ticket: Please bring a printed copy of your ticket with you if you wish to wear a name badge on site. At registration, you will be given a lanyard to wear during the event. This allows you to use your ticket as a name badge.
2. Digital ticket: Use your wallet ticket or the QR code in the event app. A badge or lanyard is not required for this.

To gain access to the event venue, the ROCA restaurant and the evening event at the Waldorf Astoria, you will need a valid ticket or – if using the Print@Home ticket – your lanyard with badge.

Please note that screenshots and the sharing of personalised tickets are not permitted. If you wish to leave the event venue temporarily, you will need to check out. You will find relevant information on site.

At the end of the first day, we invite you to a get-together. We will round off the first day of the fair with fresh drinks and delicious food in front of the Zoo Palast.

Enjoy an evening in a relaxed atmosphere and with good conversation. Details will follow in an email containing all the important information for participants.

Participation in the evening event is reserved for participants or speakers.

Participation in the evening event is included for all participants, speakers and sponsors. In the registration form (booking form) you will be asked if you want to participate.

All participants, speakers and moderators will be digitally registered directly in the app. You will receive information by email (approx. 4 weeks before the start of the event) as soon as our app is activated and the participant overview is available.

On site, you will be supported by a clear guidance system with clearly visible signs. We also provide a site plan in our RC Network app in the Documents section.

You will receive detailed information about INVESTMENTexpo in advance by e-mail.

You will find our Info Desk in the foyer of the Zoo Palast. Here you will receive help with the installation of the conference app, find a cell phone charging station and have the opportunity to pre-register for INVESTMENTexpo in the following year.

We kindly ask you to arrange your own hotel room.

We would kindly ask you to leave larger items of luggage - especially suitcases - in your hotel room. Our event location, the Zoo Palast, is a regularly operated movie theater and therefore does not have sufficient capacity for the safe storage of luggage.

What networking opportunities does the INVESTMENTexpo offer?
The INVESTMENTexpo offers numerous opportunities for face-to-face interaction – including in the networking areas, during breaks, at the evening reception, and via the RC NETWORK app.

We use the data collected in the course of registration within the applicable legal limits for the purpose of performing our services. All data will be treated confidentially. Furthermore, we ask for your consent in the registration form to use your data for products as well as for offers of RUECKERCONSULT. You can object to this at any time. Use our booking form at https://www.investmentexpo.de/en/registration to purchase your tickets. You can also access the form on the homepage via the "Registration" menu bar.

Yes, you can save between 10 - 15% discount if you use one of our package offers (3 and 5 ticket packages). You can easily select these in the booking form at www.investmentexpo.de/en/registration

You can't name all participants for the tickets yet? No problem. Register the participants in the fields to be personalized such as first name, surname and position with the marking “NN” and send us the specific data at least two weeks before the event.

No, we do not have a general discount code. If there is one, you should have received it by email from us or one of our partners. However, if you are entitled to or have received a code, you can simply enter it in the booking form via "Redeem discount code". Yes, please send us an e-mail to grvyanuzr@vairfgzragrkcb.qr as soon as possible. We need the company name, title, first name, surname, e-mail address, adress and position for the complete change of registration. We would like to point out that changes at short notice on the day before the event or on the day of the event are possible, may not be able to be implemented in time. However, we will be happy to accommodate your wishes on site and try to find the best possible solution.

If the participants have not yet been determined at the time of booking, you may initially enter the following information:

• First name: NN
• Last name: NN
• Position: NN
• Company: Your company name
• Email: Please use a separate, unique email address for each participant (e.g. 1AA@pbzcnal.pbz, 2AA@pbzcnal.pbz, 3AA@pbzcnal.pbz).

Important: Each participant must have a unique email address. It must be different from the email address of the invoice recipient or booking contact and from the email addresses of all other participants.

Participant details and ticket personalisation can be updated at a later stage. Further information will be provided with your invoice.

The invoice will be sent to you via PDF to the e-mail address you provided after your registration.

You can pay by bank transfer after receiving the invoice or directly by PayPal/credit card. If you have made the booking by PayPal/credit card, you will receive a proforma invoice after the booking for your records.

With the RC Network app, you can keep track of the entire event at all times. You’ll find the programme, participant, speaker and partner profiles; you can network with other attendees, arrange meet-and-greets and create your own personal agenda.

During the event, interactive features such as questions for the panellists, polls and push notifications are available. After the event, you can also access recordings of all talks and discussions.

The RC Network app is available free of charge in both the App Store and the Google Play Store. Simply enter the name RC Network. 

Kindly note that most content in the RC Network App is provided in German.

All participants registered for the event can log in to the app. Please use the e-mail address with which you registered for the event. registered for the event. In the next step you will be asked to enter a password. Select the event INVESTMENTexpo.

Our RC Network app will be activated for all registered participants just under 4 weeks before the event date. You will receive an info mail from our RUECKERCONSULT team.

All registered participants will be linked in our RC Network app after successful registration. As soon as the app is activated (just under 4 weeks before the event), each participant can log in with their personal access data. Under the “Participants” section, you will find all participants and can contact them directly via the app.
