Topics

The advisory board, consisting of institutional investors, representatives from academia and associations, has determined the topics for the investor fair for real estate and infrastructure investments.

There will be a total of 30 to 40 panels covering topics such as economics and geopolitics, politics and regulation, investment strategies, real estate sectors, infrastructure, asset management and ESG, AI and digitalisation, and financing.

Other items on the agenda include keynotes by Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Monika Schnitzer and Prof. Dr. Herfried Münkler, as well as discussions on strategic asset allocation, private debt vs. fund financing, infrastructure, etc.
