INVESTMENTexpo brings together investors, asset managers, fund providers, financiers, advisers and decision-makers from the real-asset sector to analyse and discuss current market developments, investment strategies and financing issues.

Panels, presentations and workshops combine in-depth specialist insights with personal exchanges between key market players. The focus is on the opportunities and risks associated with equity- and debt-financed real-asset investments, as well as issues relating to capital allocation, product development and asset management.

Topics 2026

The advisory board, consisting of institutional investors, representatives from academia and associations, has determined the topics for the investor fair for real estate and infrastructure investments.

38 panels, discussion sessions and workshops covered topics such as economics and geopolitics, politics and regulation, investment strategies, real estate sectors, infrastructure, asset management and ESG, AI and digitalisation, and financing.

Other items on the agenda have been keynotes by Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Monika Schnitzer and Prof. Dr. Herfried Münkler, as well as discussions on strategic asset allocation, private debt vs. fund financing, infrastructure, etc.
